Treysan under the umbrella of IC Holding will build the Van Lüks Mevlana houses

Treysan Prefabrik under the umbrella of the İbrahim Çeçen Holding (IC Holding) owned by the businessman İbrahim Çeçen  gave the lowest bid in the new model Mevlana houses bidding which was put out to tender by Kızılay (red crescent) after the earthquake in Van.

For the sheltering need of disaster-victims whose houses were brought down in Van and Ercis with the 7.2 earthquake, the Red Crescent had sent 2 thousand and 350 container houses named Mevlana Evleri to that region which were more suitable to winter conditions than tents. A bidding was put out to tender on Thursday for another 1000 container houses. Prior to the tender, the Red Crescent sent out invitations to prefabricate manufacturers.

The company officials stated that the lowest bid was given by Treysan Prefabrik during the tender, and that the final decision related to the bidding will be given after the feast of sacrifice. Treysan Prefabrik under the umbrella of IC Holding has been realizing different projects from construction buildings to disaster housings and permanent steel constructions since 1975. In the earthquake in Adapazarı in 1999 the company also constructed the immediate support houses and kitchen cafeteria complex. konuthaberleri.com

Taşlı, also stating that these houses are more suitable for long-term living conditions, said: “We will produce 21 square meter houses with electricity”.
